Biography:
Global Deejays is an Austrian dance and electronica trio
composed of DJ Taylor (Konrad Schreyvogl), DJ Mikkel (Mikkel
Christensen) and FLOw (Florian Schreyvogl), and Marie Geidel
Their first three singles were big hits in Europe,
particularly in Russia.
Their song "The Sound of San Francisco" samples the 1967 (The
Summer of Love) song "San Francisco (Be Sure To Wear Flowers
In Your Hair)" sung by Scott McKenzie. The video includes
scenes of the band in a decorated school bus driving through
popular destinations.
In 2005 they won the MTV Award and the Eska.
It was the release of „The Sound of San Francisco“ in 2004
that established Global Deejays on a global scale. And
following-up with other chart and club hits they positioned
themselves at the forefront of the international dance scene.
They were top 10 a number of times in various international
charts and correspondingly received several awards for their
music. Working from studios in Amsterdam and Vienna, Global
Deejays also produce other successful projects.
Global Deejays Mit „The Sound of San Francisco“ wurden die
Global Deejays 2004 weltweit bekannt. Mit weiteren Chart-
und Clubhits positionierten sie sich an der Spitze der
internationalen Danceszene. Mehrmals waren sie Top 10
verschiedener internationaler Charts, und wurden dafür mit
internationalen Preisen ausgezeichnet. In Amsterdam
produzieren die Global Deejays in eigenen Studios auch
andere erfolgreiche Projekte. Nach dem Welthit “ San
Francisco “ folgten die Kracher “ Flashdance„“, “ Stars on
45 “,“ Get up “ & Everybody`s free “. GLOBAL DEEJAY`S, das
sind DJ TAYLOR & sein Bruder DJ FLOw, die in Oesterreichs
Hauptstadt Wien Zuhause sind. Bei den Auftritten ist immer
einer der beiden vor Ort.in Deutschland residiert DJ TAYLOR,
in der Schweiz DJ FLOw.Jeweils nach Ländern aufgeteilt. Auch
2009 verspricht wieder das Jahr der GLOBAL DEEJAYS zu
werden, da diverse Produktionen bereits abgeschlossen sind,
man sich nur noch entscheiden muss, was zu- erst an den
